After my Ford F-150 transmission overheated and slipped out of gear on the way to Las Vegas, I still had to figure out how to get my kids and the truck back home.

I kept it out of Eco Mode, used Tow/Haul Mode on the hills, watched the transmission temperature closely, and took it easy through the desert. In this clip, I explain how I made the drive home without the temperature climbing past 205 degrees.
